Inspired by men whose lives have been touched by God.   The Mighty Men of Valor is a ministry of Christian brothers committed to nurturing and lifting men to a higher dimension of spirituality.   The group meets every Saturday at 8 AM for teaching and fellowship with breakfast.  We believe that we are called to do the following:

• To witness to other men about the redeeming, liberating, and conciliating grace of Jesus Christ
• To daily emulate the characteristics of Christ
• To be men of prayer and contribute time, talent, and resources for the Kingdom of god
• To be positive role models in our homes, community, and church
• To attain positions of leadership in and outside the church
• To never look down on a man without offering a hand to lift him up

The Purpose of the Men’s Ministry at Elim is based on the following:Colossians 1:28 “Whom we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus.  “What does it mean to be complete in Christ as a man?   As men, we play important roles, which involve many relationships such as husbands, fathers, providers, spiritual leaders of our home, etc.   These relationships can only fulfill their potential as we become Christ-Like in our attitudes as well as actions.   To accomplish the purpose of being made “complete in Christ”, we must interact with one another, both on a social basis and a spiritual basis.
